Return, cancellation and refund policy

Printed books: damaged or wrong book

If your book arrives damaged, or you receive a different book from the one you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the parcel and the book. We will send a replacement, or refund you if a replacement is not possible.

Printed books: change of mind

Because books are printed products, we do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind after delivery.

Printed books: cancellation

You may cancel a book order any time before it is shipped. Write to us with your order number. The amount is refunded within 5 to 7 working days. Once a book has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Books that cannot be delivered

If we are unable to deliver your order, we will refund the full amount, including shipping.

Courses and digital access

• You may ask for a refund within 24 hours of buying a course, provided no lesson of that course has been watched on your account. We check this from our records.
• After 24 hours, or once any lesson has been watched, course access is non-refundable, except where the law requires.
• Access given free with a book code has no money to refund.
• If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged twice, write to us with your payment reference. We will fix it or refund the extra amount.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are refunded only when we cancel the order, cannot deliver it, or have sent a wrong or damaged book.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after approval.
