Acceptance

By using our website or app, buying a book or a course, or scanning a code printed in a book, you agree to these terms.

Printed books

• Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown on the book page. A shipping charge, if any, is shown before you pay.
• An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.
• Returns, replacements and cancellations follow our Return and refund policy, and delivery follows our Shipping policy.

Courses and access

• Course videos can be watched only in the Unity Publication app. They are never available on the website.
• A code printed in a book (a sticker) gives one free access period to the course named with it. The period is 7 days, 15 days or 1 month as printed or announced, and starts when the code is first scanned. A code works for one student only, once.
• Paid access is sold for 3, 6, 12 or 24 calendar months. If you buy while you still have access, the new period is added after your current end date.
• When access ends you can no longer watch the lessons until you buy again.

One account, one phone

Your account is personal and works on one registered phone only. A change of phone needs our approval. Sharing your account, or using more than one device, may lead to suspension.

What you must not do

• Record, screen-capture, copy, download, re-upload, sell or share any lesson, book content or code.
• Use rooted or emulated devices, or tools that bypass our protections.
• Misuse a code, or attempt to get access without paying.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account without refund, and take legal action where appropriate.

Our content

All books, videos, notes and designs belong to Unity Publication or its authors and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own preparation.

Exam results

We work hard to give accurate, useful material but we do not promise any exam result or selection.

Limits of our liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the book or course concerned. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as courier delays, internet or payment-gateway outages.

Changes

We may update the courses, prices and these terms. Changes apply from the date shown on this page, and do not reduce access you have already paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.
